The S/N can be found on a sticker at the back of the Dotscan cube. Also, the USB dongle, plugged into the USB hub, is inside the Dotscan cube itself (Please do not attempt to take the machine apart to find it on the dongle. Arden software should also be able to give you the dongle number if you contact support.
